We invest in the success of our team members in a variety of ways: comprehensive training, team nights, and team-building events all come to mind. By far, our most popular ACC perk is our travel program though.
Our ACC head of administration, Justin, recently attended a national networking meeting to really strengthen his skills. “I am extremely excited to have attended this national administrator’s meeting because travel is not something that’s normally offered at other jobs,” Justin explained. “My goal was to network with other great leaders so that I could improve my own practice. The meeting took place in New Jersey, which is closer than most other trips, and I can’t wait to travel to California for the next event!”
While there are many important reasons for us to provide these excursions for our associates, one of the most important is networking. We’ve made this skill an integral part of our in-house training program. We also make sure our team members can put their training to work for them meeting other rising stars and accomplished leaders in our field. This hands-on approach to learning how to build a contact list allows us to effectively and confidently grow thriving networks.
