We’re all about growth around ACC headquarters, which is why we’re so excited to announce that we’re expanding into a new territory within the Long Island area. This bustling market promises big wins in the future for our entire team and our national service partners. Our goal is to expand even further, into a new state, by the end of the year.
This new territory will provide more opportunities for our team members to develop their skills and move up into management roles. Constant improvement is the name of the game around the ACC office, so this is just extra motivation for our people to step up their learning even more.
Of course, this move will also mean more openings for top-shelf candidates to join our team. We’re looking for competitive and driven people who have long-term success in their sights. Anyone who comes on board will quickly see that hands-on training is the preferred approach here. From their first days on the job, our newest hires get exposed to all aspects of our operations. They build confidence with each developmental milestone. By the time they complete our initial training program, team members are ready to make real progress toward their biggest career ambitions.
